Territory Sales Representative

Overview of Job:
You will serve in a full-time in office/remote capacity as a Territory Sales Representative for Stream. This means you will be responsible for growing the company sales by making outbound calls to offices and agents in your territory. With this responsibility comes the recruiting efforts of these offices and agents, helping them submit business, case design, and implementation of the strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Have extensive knowledge of life insurance products and illustration software
- Responsible for maintaining and growing agent relationships for assigned territory
- Continue to grow the new business in assigned territory
- Provide trainings for your agencies/agents and positioning of the strategies within Stream
- Keep up to date on market trends and industry changes
- Host webinars for existing agents and possible new agents for Stream
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Follow up and stay up to date with agents’ new business being submitted
- Open to traveling throughout your territory to help grow the business
Required Experience:
- Have a current and be able to maintain current state life insurance license, errors and omissions, and anti-money laundering training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related Field
- Have at least three years of life insurance sales experience
- Knowledge of Premium Finance Life Insurance is preferred (not required)
- Show the ability to be coachable and the drive to continue to learn
